Better start thinking of something good. Kids just don't forget things that seem really important to them. The do you see you everyday and the baby bump so I don't think they will be forgetting anytime soon.
We just had a discussion about me Having a baby vs. laying a baby (you know like a chicken). We even talked about the placenta and the umbilical cord. I suppose you could always go into the anatomy version of explanation and then they seem to loose interest after the first little bit. I was fortunate enough that Rick's mom is a L/D nurse and had given us a picture of her holding a placenta up. It was cool to show them how the baby is connected to me and how it gets food. They thought it was really cool.

Wow. That is a funny way to ask how you got pregnant. I am glad I don't have to think about that quite yet.
Hopefully they forget or you can give them a good answer.
