Oh sweet Suzuki
So small and gray
You always get us
On our way.
For 12 years
And 200,000 miles
You've filled our lives with
Joy and smiles.
Taking us to places
Far and near
We've had nary
A moment of fear.
(Almost)
You may not be very fast,
In a race we certainly would always be last
But you've plugged on in spite of odds
Getting us to family, stores, jobs
Or anywhere we need to go
From Thatcher, AZ to Monroe.
May your engine keep running
For years ahead
And do not be
Filled with dread
The time may come
When a van we will own,
But with us you will always have a home.
So small and gray
You always get us
On our way.
For 12 years
And 200,000 miles
You've filled our lives with
Joy and smiles.
Taking us to places

sheesh rach - how LONG were you driving in your car to be THAT stir crazy?! :-) good job though - very ... rythmic ;-)
I cranked that baby out in 10 minutes flat!
So, you took the picture of the odometer while driving at 45 miles per hour?
congrats. ya know how cars have that beeping noise when you leave lights on after you turn the car off, well my big idea for the car companies is to make a jingle everytime you hit a big number on the odometer. Like a little one for the first hundred miles and then a bigger one for the first thousand. You get the point, but with 200,000 you should get a great big jingle and some special lights. Wouldn't that make you excited to drive your car further? I think this is my million dollar idea.
